Overcoming the enemy and complete Victory!

Lord, we come to you as a family and ministry making a decree based on your Holy Word. 

As we look to you, Lord, for guidance this year; expecting the promises of the New Covenant to flow to us freely. There is nothing that the enemy can bring into our lives that can defeat us, "Nothing!" (Luke 10:19) because we are more then conquers through Christ Jesus. (Romans 8:37)

God's Covenant Blessing for the Blackman Family and TVLC Ministries
"Job 22:27-28" (v.27) We will make our prayer to the Lord, and he will hear us, and we will pay our vows. (v.28) We shall also decide and decree a thing, and it shall be established for us; and the light (of God's favor) shall shine upon us always. (AMP)

God The Father Is: Our COVENANT SOURCE!

1.) We shall remember the Lord our God, for is he that has given us power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he swear unto our fathers as it this day. (Deuteronomy 8:18)

2.) Thus saith the Lord, our redeemer, the holy one of Israel, He is the Lord our God which teaches us how to profit, which leads us in the way we should go. (Isaiah 48:17)

3.) Our God shall supply all our need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:19)

4.) Beloved, God wish above all things that we may prosper and be in health even as our soul prospers. (3 John 2)

5.) God is able to make all (nothing lacking) grace abound toward us, that we, always having all (nothing lacking) sufficiency in all (nothing lacking) things, may abound to every good work.   (2 Corinthians 9:8)

6.) We delight ourselves in the Lord, and he shall give us the desires of our heart. (Psalm 37:4)

7.) We seek first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added to us. (Matthew 6:33)

8.) The Word of God shall not depart out of our mouth, but we shall meditate in the Word day and night, that we may observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then shall we make our way prosperous and have good success. (Joshua 1:8)

9.) God gives to us that are good in his sight wisdom, and knowledge, and joy: but to the sinner he gives travail, to gather and to heap up, that he may give to us that is good before our God. (Ecclesiastes 2:26)

10.) We are the righteous, as we obey and serve the Lord our God, we shall spend our days in prosperity and our years and pleasure. (Job 36:11)

11.) Let the Lord be magnified, which has pleasure in the prosperity of us his servants.
(Psalm 35:27)

12.) If you're willing and obedient you will eat of the good of the land. (Isaiah 1:19)


God's Covenant Word on: OUR CHILDREN'S PROSPERITY!

1.) All our children shall be taught of the Lord, and great shall be the peace of our children. (Isaiah 54:13)

2.) We were young, but now we're older, we have not seen the righteous forsaken nor our children begging bread. God is ever merciful, and lends and our children are blessed. (Psalm 37:25-26)

3.) The mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting, upon us that fear him, and his righteousness up on our children's children. (Psalm 103:17)

4.) The Lord shall increase us more and more, and us and our children. We are blessed of the Lord which made heaven and earth. (Psalm 115:14-15)

5.) I'm a good man and I leave an inheritance to my children's children and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for us the just. (Proverbs 13:22)

6.) I'm a just man who walk in my integrity: my children are blessed after me. (Proverbs 20:7)

7.) Our children shall be mighty upon the earth: The generation of the upright shall be blessed. Wealth and riches she'll be at our house and our righteousness endures forever. (Psalm 112:1-3)

8.) The Lord has made everlasting covenant with us. And our children shall be known among the Gentiles and their offspring among the people: all that see them shall acknowledge them, that they are the children which the Lord has blessed. (Isaiah 61:8-9)

God's Covenant Word on: GIVING!

1.) Give, and I shall be given unto you, good measures, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure you gave out she'll come back to you again. (Luke 6:38)

2.) Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be a meat in my house, and prove me now saith the Lord of host, I will not open the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing that shall not be room enough to receive it.(Malachi 3:10)

3.) We that sow bountifully shall reap also bountifully. God loves a cheerful giver. God is able to make all (nothing lacking) grace abound towards us, that we always having all (nothing lacking) sufficiency in all (nothing lacking) things, may abound to every good work. (2 Corinthians 16:2)


God's Covenant Word on: DEBT-FREE LIVING!

1.) The Lord shall open onto us his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto our land in his season, and to bless all the work of our hand: and we shall lend onto many nations and we shall not borrow. (Deuteronomy 28:12)

2.) The Lord our God has blesses us, as he promised us, and shall lend to many nations but we shall not borrow; we shall reign over many nations, but they shall not reign over us. (Deuteronomy 15:6)

3.) Give to him that would ask of us, and from him that would borrow from us turn not away. (Mathew 5:42)

4.) Better is it that we shouldn't make a vow, then we don't keep the vow we made. (Ecclesiastes 5:5)


God's Covenant Truth Concerning: WHAT WE THINK!

1.) We commit our works unto the Lord and our thoughts shall be established. (Proverbs 16:3)

2.) Know the God of our Fathers, and serve him with a perfect heart and with a willing mind: For the Lord searches all hearts, and understands all the imaginations of the thoughts. (1 Chronicles 28:9)

3.) My son, forget not my law (word) but let your heart keep my commandments: For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to you. Let not mercy and truth forsake you: bind them about your neck; write them upon the table of your heart: So shall we find favor and good understanding in the sight of God and man. Trust in the Lord with all (nothing lacking) heart; and lean not upon our own understanding (Proverbs 3:1-5)

4.) The Lord will keep us in perfect peace, who's mind is stayed on him: because we trust in the Lord. (Isaiah 26:3)

5.) For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of the Blackman's and TVLC Ministries after those days, says the Lord, He will put his laws (Word) into our minds, and write them in our hearts: and he will be to us a Father, and we will shall be to him his children. (Hebrews 8:10)

6.) And be not conformed to this world: but be transformed by the renewing of our minds, that we may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. (Romans 12:2)

7.) Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things that are pure, whatsoever things that are lovely, whatsoever things that are of a good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. (Philippians 4:8)


Gods Covenant Truth Concerning: What We Say!

1.) Pleasant words are as an honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and health to our bones. (Proverbs 16:24)

2.) A soft answer turns away wrath, but grievous words stir up anger. (Proverbs 15:1)

3.) Let our speech be always with grace, seasoned with salt, that we know how we should answer every man. (Colossians 4:6)

4.) Out of the abundance of our heart our mouth speaks...For by our words we shall be justified, and by our words we shall be condemned. (Matthew 12:34,37)

5.) Death and Life are in the power of our tongue: and we that love it shall eat the fruit thereof or of it. (Proverbs 18:21)

6.) We are snared with the words of our mouth, we are taken with the words of our mouth. (Proverbs 6:2)

7.) As for us, this is my covenant with them saith the Lord; His spirit is upon us, and his words which he has placed in our mouth, shall not depart out of our mouth, neither out of the mouth of our children, neither out of the mouth of our grandchildren saith the Lord, from here and forevermore. (Isaiah 59:21)

8.) And Jesus answering saying to us, Have the God Kind of Faith. For truly he said to us, That whatsoever shall say to any mountain, Be removed, and cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in our heart (spirit) but believe that those things which we speak shall come to pass; we shall whatsoever we say. Therefor he said unto us, that whatsoever we ask in prayer, believe we receive it and we shall have it. (Mark 11:23-24)

The Names of God

Why is it important to know the many names of God? Through the many languages and translations there are thousands of names by which God is called. The Bible says that “The name of The Lord is a strong tower, the righteous run in and our saved.” This tells us that there is power in the name! Furthermore, we know that when you call for something specific, you receive something specific in return. When we understand the names of God, their meanings and the benefits associated with them, we position ourselves to petition directly for what we need, when we need it. We see everything that God wants to be for us. 

The most honorable and sacred name of God is Yahweh. This name means: the Lord, God; and represents the covenant that I have with the almighty. (Genesis 2:4)

As I look at my covenant agreement with Yahweh, I acknowledge that He is Adonai, which means Masters. (Exodus 34:22) Adonai is a plural form, which acknowledges the presence of the trinity. When I submit to Adonai as the Master, I place myself in the position of servant/slave. 

As I submit to Adonai and acknowledge the trinity, I take the time to recognize Him as Elohim. This name means Father God; The Creator. (Genesis 1:1) Because of my covenant relationship with God as the Creator, I have an expectation that everything that God says will come to pass. (God speaks and it is so.) Because He is my Father, this is my birthright.

As I acknowledge God as my Father, I call Him Abba. This name was verbalized by only Jesus and Paul (Mark 14:36, Romans 8:15 Galatians 8) and is the most intimate reference to the Heavenly Father. The name Abba gives comfort and assurance that He is looking after me.

I acknowledge God as Jehovah Jireh which means The Lord, my Provider. (Genesis 22:14) Because He is my Father, He ensures that all of my needs are met; He provides everything in every area of my life. There is nothing lacking in God.

Part of God’s provision is Healing. In this, I acknowledge Him as Jehovah Rapha- The God who heals. (Psalm 147:3) Whatever is not working in my body according to God’s perfect design and in His perfect timing is subject to His perfect healing. 

-I am reminded that sickness, health, life and death are all in the power of the tongue. I will be careful of the words I speak over my body, and I will not contradict Jehovah Rapha, who says that I am healed. The only person who can take me captive is me. (Proverbs 6:2)

I acknowledge God as Jehovah Nissi which means The Lord, my Banner. (Exodus 17:50) The banner means that victory is assured. Jehovah Nissi promises protection and deliverance from any issue that rises up against me. His blood covers me and there is life in the blood. 

As God covers me, He is Jehovah Shalom; meaning The Lord is Peace. (Judges 6:24, Isaiah 26:3-4). Jehovah Shalom is all encompassing. When God gives us peace, it’s not just to rest our mental worries. His peace penetrates every facet of our life. Peace isn’t a feeling, it’s a person; the secret of genuine peace with God is found through trusting in Christ.

I must realize that God is Jehovah Qanna- The Lord is Jealous. (Exodus 34:13) God’s jealousy is based on His encompassing love for me which He derives through my praise and adoration for Him. He will not share me with anything outside of His will, and this includes sickness, disease, poverty or lack. He is jealous when I don’t walk in peace.

Once I have peace, I have everything. Until I can “rest” in the peace of Jehovah Shalom, I cannot experience His covering, healing or provision which means I am not receiving any of my  birthright benefits from Him being my Father. If I cannot experience the father's relationship, then there is no point of submission to Him as Adonai and committing myself to servanthood. The Covenant only makes sense if I understand everything that God wants to be for me. I choose to rest in his perfect peace (shalom shalom) and experience Yahweh’s covenant to the fullest. 

OPEN VISION – Over the course of the day, Heather saw three separate open visions. At the beginning of the presentation, Heather first saw a mantle (like a kings’ coronation cape, that had ermine fur and a crimson velvet train.) The mantle/cape started at your shoulders and covered the whole stage behind you.

From the folds and ripples of the cape were rows of continents, countries, cities, and villages that looked hazy and zoomed in and out, but all contained within the mantle. (Note: Heather did not know you or your background before you shared some of your story at the seminar.)

A little after the first vision, Heather saw a golden crown on your head with three stones in it. The center stone was a large horizontal, faceted, oval, orange topaz (one of the rarest topaz stones). Flanking the center stone were vertical, sky blue, oval, topaz stones. The colors of orange and blue complemented each other beautifully.

The third vision occurred when you had everyone raise their hands to pray over the women who needed healing. Heather saw a rich teal colored water flow out of the palm of your stretched out hand. It flowed out and covered both of the women.

ACTIVATION – We recommend these verses for further meditation, revelation, enlightenment, and direction from Holy Spirit.

Isaiah 52 whole chapter and verse 7 in particular “How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of the messenger who brings good news, the good news of peace and salvation, the news that the God of Israel reigns!” NLT

Psalm 91:1 “Those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty.”

Isaiah 6:1-3 “It was in the year King Uzziah died that I saw the Lord. He was sitting on a lofty throne, and the train of his robe filled the Temple. (2) Attending him were mighty seraphim, each having six wings. With two wings they covered their faces, with two they covered their feet, and with two they flew. (3) They were calling out to each other, “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of Heaven’s Armies! The whole earth is filled with his glory!”

Healing: (The process of being sound or whole)

Healing belongs to the children of God. Jesus paid the price for us to live a whole life and that means

daily! There is No fear in Love and the Word of God says; “For God so Loved the World He, forgave and

gave His only Begotten Son”, and His name is Jesus the Christ! (John 3:16)

From these verses you can find a few different things; stewardship, contentment, generosity, avoiding

debt, planning with diligence! These are some of the things if we realize being faithful to God brings us

victory in everyday life style.

Under the Law we had a curse upon us (Malachi 3:8-9).But we are not under the curse of the Law

because Jesus became a curse for us when He died upon the Cross! (Galatians 3:13)

Deliverance: (The action of being rescued or set free)

Christ has set us free) James 4:7 (submit yourselves then to God resist the devil and he will flee from

deliverance) Ps.34:17 (the righteous Crown, and the Lord hears them, he delivers them from all of their

with Him)

When we think of deliverance, we must know that there are many different kinds of deliverances today

throughout the Bible. Brother Paul speaks of deliverances in a powerful way through the Holy Spirit.

2Corinthians 1:9c,10 says; (God who raises the dead, who delivered us from the so great a death and

does deliver us; in whom we trust that He will still deliver us) Deliverance is not just once in a Life time, it

knowing that we are in the hands of the Lord and knowing that He is our Deliverer daily!

Baptism of the Holy Spirit: (the speaking with Tongues or Languages and Gifts & Fruit)

The Word of God talks about the Baptism of the Holy Spirit: Matt 3:11, Mark 1:8, Luke 3:16, 3:22,

Acts1:4-5,8, 2:1-5,38, 1Corinthians 12:13, 6:19, Titus 3:5, John 1:33, Romans 8:9, John 14:15-17,23,26,

16:7,13-15 1Corinthians 12:7-11, 14:1-5, Galatians 5:22-26

In the O.T. We know Holy Spirit as Ruach Hakadosh. In the N.T. He’s called Numa (Breath, but also spirit

and soul). He’s also called Parakeet (Advocate, Helper, Comforter, one who is Alongside to help) “Greek”

This is the dispensation of the Holy Spirt, the greatest days to prepare us for the coming of the

Lord. Jesus said that we He comes He will reveal that Heart of the Father which is His only begotten Son.

There’s One Voice and One Sound that proceed every move of God (John 12:29-20, 16:7,13-15). That

One Voice is the Word of God and that One Sound is the moving of the Holy Spirit in the Earth Today!

Wisdom: (The soundness of an action or decision with regard to the application of experience,

knowledge and good judgement)

It’s simple; Jesus is God’s Wisdom! (1Corinthians 1:24) I know that when we look at Wisdom in the O.T.

we see and hear it as a woman or female based on Solomon. The reason why because of His life style at

the time. He had three hundred wives and seven hundred others as I call them; meaning they weren’t

His wives!

You would think asking for Wisdom of God, he wouldn’t be so foolish with the Lord had given Him. In the

book of 1Corinthians 10:12 says (wherefore let him that thinks he can stand take heed lest he falls)

We can’t judge what he chose to do, even having that kind of wisdom from God. In Jude 1:24 says (That

He is able to Keep us from falling) when we take our eyes of the one who called us we will look for other

things. Solomon dies at the age of 65! Jesus is called God’s Wisdom which means: [A comprehensive

insight into the ways/will and purposes of God] This the Wisdom that was hidden from man, because the

Word of God said if they had known this Wisdom was from God called Jesus they would have never

crucified Him. (1Corinthians 2:8)

Wisdom: (Wise Dominion)

When we know that we are living in the Last days, we don’t need to be like Solomon and chose things

that will take us from the presence of God, or shorten our days on the earth. When we are wise with the

dominion we have within us, we move operating in His Dominion living Wisely for His Glory!

Knowledge: (Facts, Information)

The power of knowing a truth gives us advantage over the enemy, but only if we know how Wisdom and

Knowledge walk hand and hand together.

The Word of God says in the book of Hosea chapter 4:6 says (My people are destroyed or render

powerless for the lack of knowledge, because you have rejected Knowledge (John 12:48) Jesus said, I

reject you from being a priest to me (1Peter 2:9) and Since you have forgotten the Law (the Word of

God) I also will forget your children. It’s in the power of knowing because that’s what sets us free! Jesus

told the woman at the Well if you just knew the Gift of God you would be asking Him for the Water that

she would never thirst again, the Living Water. (John 4:10)

Above there is a powerful statement made by Brother Paul in Romans 10:2 says (I bear them witness

that they have a [certain] zeal and enthusiasm for God, but it is not enlightened and according to

[correct and vital] Knowledge) We need the leading of the Holy Spirit as never before!

Understanding: (The ability to understand something, comprehension)

Proverbs 4:7 says (The beginning of Wisdom is: get Wisdom (skillful and godly Wisdom)! [For skillful and

godly Wisdom is the principal thing.] And with all (nothing lacking) you have gotten, get Understanding.

(Discernment, Comprehension and Interpretation) [James 1:5] Wisdom and Understanding walks hand

and hand if we are to see the fullness of God’s Word for us daily. Therefore, we need that Understanding

what His Word is saying. So, if we “Lack Wisdom” let us ask with Understanding to receive all the Lord

has for us Today!

Inheritance: (To receive what has been left behind)

Proverbs 13:22 (a good man leaves an inheritance for his children’s children) Colossians 3:24 (from the

Lord you will receive an inheritance as your reward) Ps.33:12 (blessed is the nation whose God is the

Lord the people has chosen as his own inheritance) Ps.37:11 (but the meek shell inherit the earth)

Colossians 1:12 (giving thanks to the Father who has enabled you to share in the Saints inheritance in

the light) Proverbs 17:2 (A servant who deals wisely with rules over a son who act shamefully, and will

share the inheritance as one of the brothers) Romans 8:17 (All the children of God inherit from God His

inheritance)

Isaiah 1:19 (if you’re willing, and obedient, you’ll eat of the good of the land) 2Timothy 4:8 (Finally, there

is laid up for me the Crown of righteousness, with the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that

Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing) There are many things I could say

about this but I think Brother Paul said it all!

“Proverbs Chapter 2”

Understanding the Word of God that’s within me I have to know what the Word says to my spirit man

daily!

• The Father said if I receive His Words and treasure His Commandments within me, (v.1)

• So that my ear is attentive to [skillful and godly] Wisdom, and I apply my spirit to understand by

[seeking it conscientiously and striving for it eagerly]; (v.2)

• When I cry out for insight, and lift my voice for understanding; (v.3)

• I’ll seek skillful and godly Wisdom and as I would silver and search for Wisdom as I would hidden

reassures; (v.4)

• Then I will understand the [reverent] fear of the Lord [that is, worshiping Him, and regarding Him

as truly Awesome! (v.5)

• For the Lord gives [skillful and godly] Wisdom; From His mouth comes Knowledge and

Understanding. (v.6)

• He stores away sound Wisdom for me the righteous [for me who’s in right standing with Him];

He shield me who walk in Integrity [because I have honorable character and moral courage], (v.7)

• He guards the paths of justice; and He preserves the way of His (me His believer). (v.8)

• Then will I understand righteousness and justice [in every circumstance] and integrity and every

good path. (v.9)

• For [skillful and godly] Wisdom will enter my Heart (spirit) and Knowledge will be pleasant to my

Soul my (Mind, Emotion, and Will). (v.10)

• Discretion will watch over me, Understanding and Discernment will grand Me, (v.11)

• To keep me from the way of evil and the evil men, from men who speaks perverse things; (v.12)

• From those who leaves the paths of uprightness, to walk in the ways of darkness; (v.13)

• Who find in doing evil and delight in the perversity of evil, (v14)

• Whose paths are crooked, and who are devious in their ways; (v.15)

• To keep me from the immoral women; from the seductress with her flattering verbiage (words)

• Who leaves the companion (husband) of her youth, and forgets the covenant of her God, (v.17)

• For her house leads to the dead; (v18)

• None who go to her return again, neither do they regain the paths of Life— (v.19)

• I will walk in the way of good men [that is, those of courage and honorable character], and keep

the paths of righteous. (v.20)

• For the upright [that’s me who’s right standing with my Father] I will live in the land with

[integrity] and blameless [in God’s sight] will remain in it! (v.21)

For this is  the season that God is giving you many new ideas and ways of implementation of his strategies for Apostolic Kingdom. You will begin to "See" as never before in the divine flow of revelatory power that is coming upon you in a new mantel for this hour. It will no longer be "Business as Usual." You have never been a Man of the "usual," but God says this is the hour I desire to raise you up higher into the "Unusual," the "Super-Unusal" of my power as manifested in the demonstration of the Spirit I desire to shower.

So seek me to go higher and higher- as I will take you straight before my Throne, and no longer will you "roam" about in your wonderings of how and where I am going to accomplish some things. For "New Revelation and Understanding" I am about to bring. Seek me for this and you will surely find me. I AM is the manifestation that I AM will reveal to you without limitation. For the limitations of the minds of the Apostles and the Prophets have put many into false and counterfeit paradigms of thought that are not consistent with the Blood-bought comprehension of the Resurrection Power I will bring in this season and hour. (Eph.1)

For darkness will seem to invade many places I am sending you.... But remember and Know my Kingdom rules over all.... So continue in prayer for the manifestation of my Kingdom in every region and territory will usher you beyond man's opinion into the Wings of Eagles that will cause you to rise into the Heavenlies at the right hand of My power.... Demonstration Increase.... Manifestation Release....Kingdom Provision for the Vision.... I receive it, I believe it, and I perceive it as mine Now! (Philippians 4:19, 1John 5:14-15)

I desire to do a New Thing. Seek Me for the New. And it will bring Miracles- not a few. For the Prophetic Word and the healing streams will merge in you through Words of Wisdom and Knowledge- it's in the Master's degree of the Holy Ghost college that only is imparted in degrees of the Spirit. 

I've called you Apostolic....Saturate....Maturate....Demonstrate. You've barely begun, my son. Now is the time to run into Me. Into the fullness of Christ in you.....and the Word is about to increase through you. Great will be my Power through you in this Hour! (Isaiah 43:18-19, Luke 9:1-6, 10:1,17-19)

Many things you've seen, yearn for and desire and waiting upon your taking the Kingdom and praying in the fullness of the Vision. So keep on keeping on....for the battle is already Won. And I will increase the Intercessors brought by your side....and I will increase the laborers as you continue to abide. The Financial provision will come in full Institution. For I am making it happen as your ministry is refashioned more into the Image of Me. And a Visionary you are and will be. (Habakkuk 2:1-4, Hosea 4:6, Luke 9:23, 1Corinthians 2)

Men will come by your side who have the understanding and power to bring the full blessing of My hand to you in this hour. Connections, Directions, Elections, and Angelic Protection. All awaiting your face before My Throne. I'm giving you a greater Holy Ghost home....your home and family....and your ministry family. 

(Amos 3:3, Matthew 18:19-20, Joshua 24:15, Proverbs 18:16)

Praise My Name....for in you Russell (and all those who are in covenant with our  ministry) I can truly rule and reign. Stay humble and you"ll hear the rumble....the suddenlies from Heaven....I"ll use to remove the leaven from the people....the Cleansing, Delivering fire will take my people higher. Do not fear the Doctrine of the Lord....study it again. This Word through you I will send! (2Timothy 2:15, Mark 16:15)
